The two presenters conveyed that the preparation of the curriculum and RPS refers to legal instruments governing the National Higher Education Standards (SN-Dikti) and the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI).

The MKN FH UNUD Study Program must have advantages or different characteristics from other MKN Study Programs so as to produce graduates who have certain advantages or specifications, for example related to Balinese customary (inheritance) law and (international) tourism business transaction law. After determining the graduate profile, it is then lowered into Learning Outcomes (CPL). CPL consists of components of knowledge, attitudes, general skills and specific skills.

The preparation of this curriculum must involve stakeholders and in this workshop practicing lecturers, notaries, alumni provide a lot of input and suggestions for the progress of the UNUD MKN FH Study Program and professional graduates. Several suggestions were given regarding the addition of Notary Laboratory lecture material and the addition of new courses on PPAT. This is related to several tests that graduates will take before practicing to become a notary public, such as the code of ethics and PPAT exams.

Information from the speakers and input from stakeholders will be used as a basis for improving the curriculum and RPS of the MKN FH UNUD Study Program to be better, to produce graduates who are in line with the needs of the community.
