ALSA LC Unud Delegation Wins Best Position Paper at IYD Bali Model United Nations 2025

Jimbaran, FLUNUD.ac.id – The delegation from the Asian Law Students’ Association Local Chapter Universitas Udayana (ALSA LC Unud) successfully won an award at the Model United Nations (MUN) competition organized by Indonesian Youth Diplomacy (IYD) Bali. Sally Paramitha (Class of 2023), as a delegate from ALSA LC Unud, successfully won the Best Position Paper award for the two-day MUN competition held on August 14–15, 2025.

This year’s IYD Bali Model United Nations 2025 was held under the theme “Militarization of Artificial Intelligence and Its Threat to Global Peace.” The competition serves as a platform for students to develop their analytical and diplomatic skills regarding the urgent need to regulate or limit the militarization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technological innovations that could disrupt international peace and security.
