Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Asian Law Student's Association Local Chapter (ALSA LC) UNUD organized a national level legal writing competition, namely: ALSA Legal Writing Competition (ALWC) 2023. This competition is a legal writing competition in the form of legal opinion in accordance with the theme provided. This competition consists of 1 (one) type of competition, namely Legal Opinion with a total of 30 delegates, where in 1 delegation team consists of 3 people.

ALWC took place from June 8, 2023 - July 23, 2023. The Opening Ceremony was held at the Udayana University Central Library Hall, Jimbaran on Thursday (08/06/2023) using a hybrid live broadcast method through Zoom Cloud Meetings. The series of events began with the Opening Ceremony in the form of a Webinar and ended The purpose of this activity is to accommodate legal writing competitions for all students and female students in Indonesia and hone and improve their ability to analyze and compile legal arguments.

The organization of this activity is in collaboration with DPC Peradi Denpasar. The first speaker was Desi Purnani, S. H., M. H, an active advocate who serves as Chair of the Legal Aid Center of DPC Peradi Denpasar and I Made Bagus Suardana, S. H., M. H. who is an active advocate and serves as Deputy Chair of DPC Peradi Denpasar.

The competition was attended by students from various universities in Indonesia. Such as University of Indonesia, Gadjah Mada University, Diponegoro University, General Soedirman University, Kalijaga University Yogyakarta, Tarumanegara University, Jember University, Lampung University, Andalas University, Sriwijaya University, Satya Wacana Christian University, Hasanuddin University, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, Padjajaran University, Sam Ratulangi University Manado, and Maranatha Christian University.
