Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – Bali Governor, Dr. Ir. I Wayan Koster, MM, served as External Examiner for the Doctoral Promotion in Law on behalf of Agus Samijaya on Monday (September 22, 2025) at the FH Unud Denpasar Campus Auditorium. The new Doctor, Agus Samijaya, successfully defended his dissertation entitled “Reconceptualization of the Land Bank Agency in Realizing Agrarian Reform for People's Welfare” before the Chair of the Session and Co-Promoter I, Dean of FH Unud (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum), the Promotion Committee (Prof. Dr. I Putu Sudarma Sumadi, SH., SU, and Dr. Made Gde Subha Karma Resen, SH., M.Kn), and four other examiners.
