Batuan Village Development MBKM Team 2025 Holds Mediator Training Bale Kertha Adhyaksa Batuan Village

Gianyar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Continuing the introduction of the Restorative Justice House, the MBKM Team of Bina Desa Batuan 2025 held Mediator Training Bale Kertha Adhyaksa Batuan Village which targeted official village officials and traditional villages. This Mediator Training was held at the Batuan Village Office Hall on Tuesday (08/07/2025).

This Mediator Training was carried out with the theme “Vardhana Dharma Mediator Bale Kertha Adhyaksa” which means that through this training activity it is able to foster village mediators who are able to resolve conflicts based on the values of justice in harmony. The participants involved in this training were 20 people consisting of the Batuan Village Perbekel, Chairman of the Batuan Village BPD, Chairman of the Batuan Village LPM, and 17 Kelian Banjar of Batuan Village. This training was carried out as a continuation in introducing and increasing understanding to the village community, especially for village officials related to restorative justice which had previously been delivered at the Restorative Justice House socialization activity, which this time focused on the actors, namely the village mediators.

This training was guided directly by the speakers, namely: Arin Pratiwi Quarta, S.H., M.H., (Head of the Civil and State Administration Section of the Gianyar State Attorney's Office) and Fahmi Yanuar Siregar, S.H., LL.M., (Advocate and Legal Consultant at Lingkar Karma Legal Aid Institute). The participants gained further understanding of the concept of Restorative Justice used in conflict resolution at Bale Kertha Adhyaksa, mediation techniques, the role, requirements, and duties of the mediator, steps to resolve conflicts through the mediation process, and gained an understanding of conflict resolution simulations through case resolution positions in the FGD session.

Through this activity, the MBKM Bina Desa Batuan 2025 Team seeks to strengthen community collaboration in building a resilient, just and empowered village through legal education based on direct practice in the field with direct case simulations.
