Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Congratulations and success to the new Doctor of Law Science Doctoral Study Program (PDIH) FH Unud, Agus Surya Manika who works as a Lecturer at FH Dwijendra University. The Doctoral Promotion Session was held on Friday (13/06/2025) at the FH Unud Hall, Denpasar Campus with a dissertation entitled “Principles of Pancasila Democracy in the Appointment of Acting Regional Heads (Pj).”

The Doctoral Promotion Session on behalf of Agus Surya Manika was chaired by the Dean of FH Unud (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum) with the Promoter Team (Prof. Dr. Made Subawa, SH., MS.; Dr. I Gusti Ayu Putri Kartika, SH., MH; Dr. Made Gde Subha Karma Resen, SH., M.Kn) and 4 other Examiners. Agus Surya Manika's Doctoral Dissertation discusses 3 problem formulations, namely: (1) What is the nature of the Pancasila democratic principles in the appointment of Acting Regional Heads?; (2) How is the regulation of the appointment of Acting Regional Heads in Indonesia?; (3) What is the regulatory model for the appointment of Acting Regional Heads to be in accordance with the Pancasila democratic principles?.
