Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Congratulations and success to lawyer Dr. Lukas Banu, SH, MH who has successfully defended his dissertation at the doctoral promotion session, Thursday, March 21, 2024 at the FH UNUD Hall, Denpasar Campus. The dissertation with the title "The Politics of Sustainable Tourism Law in Regulating the Development of Tourist Accommodation by Foreign Investment Companies" was successfully defended in front of the Session Leader (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum), Promoter Team (Prof. Dr. I.B. Wyasa Putra, SH., M.Hum, Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, SH., M.Hum, Dr. I Ketut Westra, SH., MH) and External Examiners (Prof. Dr. Irwansyah, SH., MH.) from the Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University as well as 3 other examining lecturers. Dr. Lukas Banu became one of the alumni of the Doctor of Law Study Program of FH UNUD who completed his studies in less than 3 (three) years.
