Implementation of Constitutional Moot Court Training 2025 by Udayana Moot Court Community

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - One of the work programs of the Udayana Moot Court Community, Faculty of Law, Udayana University, has been carried out, namely the Constitutional Moot Court Training (CMCT) 2025 on Sunday (06/07/2025). This activity is a moot court training in the field of constitutional law with the theme “Constitutionality of Professional Restrictions in the Framework of State Administration and Independent Law Enforcement.”
The series of CMCT 2025 activities include Opening Ceremony and Seminar, Small Class & Focus Group Discussion, Rehearsal, Internal Mooting, and Closing Ceremony. Constitutional Moot Court Training 2025 activities were carried out in the FH Unud environment, with the implementation of Internal Mooting taking place at the Corruption Court and attended by participants of the Udayana University Faculty of Law student delegation class 2023 and 2024.
This Moot Court training involved several FH Unud lecturers as coaches, speakers, judges and observers, namely: Prof. Dr. IDG Palguna, SH, M.Hum, Prof. Dr. NLG Astariyani, SH, MH, Edward Thomas Lamury Hadjon, SH, LLM, Made Cinthya Puspita Sara, SH, MH. As well as several alumni of FH Unud.
This activity is a learning space that aims to increase participants' understanding of constitutional dynamics, as well as hone their critical thinking, analytical, and technical skills in constitutional trials. CMCT 2025 is expected to be a concrete step in producing a young generation of lawyers who are competent, have integrity, and uphold the values of constitutionalism.
