Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Today, Thursday (20/03/2025) a Doctoral Promotion Session was held by the FH Unud Doctoral Program on behalf of Nyoman Samuel Kurniawan who works as a Lawyer, located in the FH Unud Hall, Denpasar Campus. The Governor of Bali (Dr. Ir. I Wayan Koster, MM.) was present at this promotion session which was chaired by the Dean of FH Unud (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum). The new doctor, Wayan Samuel Kurniawan successfully defended his dissertation entitled “Reconceptualization of Wanprrstasi Against Parties in Good Faith in the Sale and Purchase Agreement to Realize Legal Certainty and for Justice” in front of the Promoter Team (Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, SH...), M.Hum; Prof. Dr. I Made Sarjana, SH., MH.; Dr. I Nyoman Bagiastra, SH., MH.), External Examiner (Prof. H. Johni Najwan, SH., MH., Ph.D) and 3 other examining lecturers.
