Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – The Doctor of Law Program at FH Unud has once again produced a new Doctor of Law, Ni Putu Suryantari, through an open defense held on Thursday (September 11, 2025) at the FH Unud Auditorium, Denpasar Campus. The defense was chaired by the Head of the Doctor of Law Program, accompanied by the Promoting Committee (Prof. Dr. I Made Sarjana, SH., MH; Prof. Dr. IGA Putri Kartika, SH., MH; Dr. IB Surya Dharma Jaya, SH., MH), an External Examiner from the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University (Prof. Dr. Tatiek Sri Djatmiati, SH., MS), and three other Examining Lecturers. Ni Putu Suryantari's dissertation is titled “Formulation of Telecommunications Utility Network Governance Regulations in the Context of Realizing Sustainable Tourism Development.”
