Cooperation Visit by the Working Team of the Deputy Assistant for Legal Coordination and Restorative Justice

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – The Working Team of the Assistant Deputy for Legal Affairs and Restorative Justice Coordination of the Coordinating Ministry for Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Corrections of the Republic of Indonesia, led by Assistant Deputy (Robianto, Bc. IP., S.H., M.Si) and its 7 members, was received directly by the First Deputy Dean, Second Deputy Dean, and Coordinator of UPIKS FH Unud on Monday (13/10/2025) at the Video Conference Room of FH Unud Denpasar Campus.
The purpose of this working visit was to coordinate and consult with several FH Unud academics who teach courses on the Formation of Legislation, Arbitration, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Present were FH Unud Professor (Prof. Dr. I Gede Yusa, SH., MH), FH Unud Academics (Dr. Nyoman Mas Aryani, SH., MH and Ketut Krisna Hari Bagaskara P., S.H., M.H.) who discussed the improvement of alternative dispute resolution regulations considering that the law used was issued in 1999. At the end of the event, a cooperation implementation document was signed between the Deputy for Legal Coordination and the Faculty of Law, University of Udayana.
