Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Promotion of a new doctorate on behalf of Made Aditya Pramana Putra by the S3 (Doctoral) Law Study Program (PDIH) FH UNUD was held on Friday (22/09/2023) at the FH UNUD Hall, Denpasar Campus. Made Aditya Pramana Putra, who works as a lecturer at FH UNUD, succeeded in obtaining his doctorate with a dissertation entitled "MODEL OF REGULATION OF UNRECORDED BRANDS IN INDONESIA THAT ARE FAIR."

The doctoral promotion was led directly by the Dean of FH UNUD (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, S.H., M.Hum.) accompanied by the Promoter Team: Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Wyasa Putra, S.H., M.Hum., Prof. Dr. Ni Ketut Supasti Dharmawan, S.H., M.Hum., LLM., Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, S.H., M.Hum. and 3 other examining lecturers. Made Aditya Pramana Putra's dissertation discussed 3 problem formulations, namely: (1) How is the nature of legal protection of famous trademarks in Indonesia; (2) How is the protection of unregistered famous trademarks seen from a Comparative Perspective; and (3) How is the construction of a just law for unregistered trademark owners and society in the future.
