Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Congratulations and success on the Doctoral Promotion on behalf of Kadek Agus Sudiarawan who is one of the Lecturers in the Lab / Procedural Law Section of FH Unud. Doctoral promotion was held on Friday (07/03/2025) in the Hall of FH Unud Denpasar Campus which was led directly by the Dean of FH Unud as well as the Promoter (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH.., M.Hum) accompanied by the Promoter Team (Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, SH., M.Hum and Nyoman Satyayudha Dananjaya, SH., M.Kn, Ph.D), External Examiners from Gajah Mada University Faculty of Law (Prof. Dr. Ari Hernawan, SH., M.Hum) and 4 other examining lecturers.

Doktor Kadek Agus Sudiarawan successfully defended his dissertation entitled “The Principle of Balance in Realizing Fair Industrial Relations Settlement Arrangements” with the findings of the Industrial Relations Settlement (IRS) Equity Model which was formed to equalize the position of workers and employers in the regulation of industrial relations dispute resolution mechanisms is one form of strengthening the function of law as a tool of change, dispute resolution and at the same time as a tool to achieve justice. It is important for legislators to be able to adopt the IRS Equity Model in strengthening institutional arrangements and settlement mechanisms from each stage of settlement both at the bipartite, tripartite and litigation stages at the Industrial Relations Court.
