Customary law entities have many roles in the lives of indigenous peoples: economic growth through the LPD, security and handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. Customary legal entities have their own characteristics that cannot be equated with legal entities in the Civil Code and the Limited Liability Company Law. For this reason, it is necessary to further study the Customary Law Entities in order to maximize their role but not create a conflict between customary law and national law. (SDS)
