Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – Made Hendra Wijaya successfully earned his Doctorate degree from the Doctoral Program in Law (PDIH) at FH Unud through a Doctoral Promotion Examination held in the first week of August 2025 at the FH Unud Auditorium on the Denpasar Campus. In the presence of the Chair of the Examination Committee (Prof. Dr. I Putu Sudarma Sumadi, SH., SU), the Promoting Committee (Prof. Dr. Made Subawa, SH., MS; Prof. Dr. IDG Palguna, SH., M.Hum; Prof. Dr. NLG Astariyani, SH., MH), the External Examiner who is the Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia (Prof. Dr. Saldi Isra, S.H.), and four other examiners, Dr. Made Hendra Wijaya defended his dissertation titled “Legal Morality in the Formation of Laws in Indonesia.”
