Gianyar, FLUNUD.ac.id - On Sunday (26/05/2024) a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Registration of the Ceremony of Obeying / Mabegal-begalan Wali Kapitu of Talepud Traditional Village was held by the MBKM Team of Bina Desa Group 8 Bina Desa Sebatu Udayana University in Sebatu Village, Tegallalang District, Gianyar Regency. The event was attended by Sebatu Village Officials including Sebatu Village Perbekel (I Wayan Tangsi Asrama) who also opened the event, Prajuru Desa Adat Talepud, the Cultural Office of Gianyar Regency, Chairman of the Regional Research and Innovation Agency of Gianyar Regency, and Seka Teruna Teruni Banjar Bujung Kaja as well as Sebatu Village Bina MBKM Participants in 2024.

The MBKM Bina Desa Sebatu team invited Prof. Dr. Ni Ketut Supasti Dharmawan, S.H., M.Hum., LLM and Putu Aras Samsithawrati, S.H., LLM as speakers on “Intellectual Property” guided by the Head of Intellectual Property PIC. The purpose of this activity is to protect and provide legal certainty related to intellectual property in Talepud Traditional Village. The FGD took place, the traditional village officials and the speakers were active in discussing the “Mematuh Wali Kapitu” ceremony and how to register it as one of the Intellectual Property.
