FGD Collaboration with MPR RI: “The 1945 Constitution Amendment as a Constitutional Reference”

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – In collaboration with the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly (MPR RI), FH Unud held a Focus Group Discussion entitled “Placing the Minutes of the 1945 Constitution Amendments as a Constitutional Reference: Analyzing the Meaning of the Constitution from a Legal and Academic Perspective” on Wednesday (03/12/2025) at R LII C5 FH Unud, Denpasar Campus.

The event began with an introduction by the Head of the Constitutional Court and Dissemination Bureau of the MPR Secretariat General (Dr. Wachid Nugroho, SIP., MIP), followed by the opening of the event by the Deputy Dean II of FH Unud. The FGD featured several speakers, namely: Dr. Wachid Nugroho, SIP., MIP., 2 Professors from the Faculty of Law, Udayana University (Prof. Dr. I Made Subawa, SH., MS and Prof. Dr. IDG Palguna, SH., M.Hum) along with lecturers from the Constitutional Law Laboratory/Department (Edward Thomas Lamury Hadjon, SH., LLM).
