FGD of Ranperpres on the Division of the Capital Region of the Archipelago Cooperation between IKN Authority, Bali Provincial Government and FH UNUD

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - FH UNUD in collaboration with the Authorities of the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN) and the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of Bali held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) "Draft Presidential Regulation on the Division of the Special Regional Government of the Capital City of the Archipelago" on Friday (26/01/2024) at the Praja Sabha Meeting Room of the Bali Governor's Office.

The FGD was opened directly by the Regional Secretary of Bali Province (Drs. Dewa Made Indra, M.Si), attended by the Head of the Legal and Compliance Work Unit of the National Capital Authority (Ida Bagus Nyoman Wiswantanu, S.H., M.H.), Dean of Faculty of Law UNUD (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa,.SH,.M.Hum), representatives of relevant Bali Province Regional Apparatus Organizations, Bali Province Customary Village Council, Warmadewa University, Dwijendra University, Legal and Compliance Work Unit of the National Capital Authority, Nyoman Nuarta Studio, and the Drafting Team for the Academic Study of the Special Regional Government of IKN from Faculty of Law UNUD.

2 resource persons were present: Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Wyasa Putra, S. H., M. Hum (Professor of Law at UNUD) and Prof. Dr. I Wayan Ardika, M.A (Professor of Cultural Sciences at UNUD) moderated by Dr. I.B. Erwin Ranawijaya, S.H., M.H. After the presentation of the material by the two speakers, a very interactive discussion session followed, especially regarding the proposed name of the area to be used by the IKN Authority.

The implementation of this FGD is very important to get input from various related elements considering that FH UNUD has the opportunity and honor to be one of the state university institutions involved in the drafting of the Presidential Regulation on the Division of the Regional Government of the Special Capital Region of the Archipelago (Ranperpres on the Division of the IKN Pemdasus Region).
