FGD "Regulating the Implementation of the MPR's Authority" Cooperation between MPR RI and FH UNUD

Badung, FLUNUD.ac.id - Tuesday (9/7/2024), there was a Focus Group Disscussion (FGD) activity in collaboration between MPR RI and FH Unud which discussed the material of the MPR Authority Implementation Arrangement, located at Bintang Bali Resort Hotel, Kuta. The FGD activity is an activity of Group III of the MPR RI which is carried out by cooperating with experts in Constitutional Law and State Administration Law of FH Unud as resource persons. On this occasion, a member of the MPR RI Team 3 Study Board (Dr. Andreas Hugo Parerira) gave a speech which was also a moderator then the FGD was opened directly by the Dean of FH Unud (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum.). 

The 4 Professors of FH Unud became speakers: Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH, M.Hum, Prof. Dr. Yohanes Usfunan, SH, MH, Prof. Dr. I Made Subawa, SH, MS and Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Suyatna, SH, MH. While members of the MPR RI Team III Study Board who attended: Ela Siti Nuryamah, Namto Roba, Abdul Rachman Thaha and Hendrik Lewerissa. 

In the FGD activities, the speakers gave their respective views regarding issues / problems that arose within the scope of the discussion of the regulation of the implementation of the MPR's authority which was then responded to by Team III MPR RI and used as a basis for consideration to formulate the next steps related to the regulation of the implementation of the MPR's authority. For the future, the MPR RI and FH Unud agreed that the preparation of a legislation should begin with a scientific academic study involving academics.
