FH UNUD as the Host of the BKS Meeting of the Dean of FH PTN East Indonesia Region in 2024

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - - FH UNUD as the host in organizing a meeting of the Cooperation Agency (BKS) Deans of the Faculty of Law of State Universities

(FH PTN) which is included in the Eastern Indonesia region on March 1 - 3, 2023 at Prama Hotel Sanur Bali. The participants who attended the activity were 18 universities including: representatives of FH Trunojoyo University, Jember University, 19 November Kolaka University, UPN Veteran East Java, Pattimura University, Brawijaya University, Ganesha University of Education, Surabaya State University, Mataram University, Airlangga University, Sam Ratulangi University, Halu Oleo University, Hasanuddin University Nusa Cendana, Sunan Ampel State Islamic University, Tadulako University, Musamus Merauke University and UNUD. 

The opening ceremony began with the report of the Dean of FH UNUD as the Chairperson of the BKS Dean of FH PTN Eastern Region (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, S.H., M.Hum.), followed by a video of remarks from the Chairperson of BKS Dean of FH PTN throughout Indonesia, Dean of FH UNAIR (Imam Prihandono, SH., MH., LL.M., Ph.D) then the event was declared open by the Rector of Udayana University represented by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information (Prof. Dr. dr. I Putu Gede Adiatmika, M.Kes).

This BKS FH PTN Dean meeting discussed 2 important issues, namely: Discussion of Increasing Cooperation with the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) Program and Cooperation Agreement between members of the BKS Dean of Law Faculty of PTN in Eastern Indonesia. The representatives present agreed to compile and sign a Cooperation Agreement which will be used as an umbrella for cooperation in the field of Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, MBKM Program and internationalization. The first implementation is the preparation of the MBKM Program Guidelines so that there is a common perception of MBKM, the types of courses that can be converted, the number of credits and the student exchange system among FH PTN in the Eastern Indonesia Region and Discussion of the Establishment of Independent Accreditation Institutions (LAM) which aims to independently accredit the Study Program. LAM can be formed by the government or the community referring to clumps or branches of science, such as clumps of religious sciences, health sciences, social sciences, and natural sciences, to increase the acceleration and improvement of quality assurance quality in study programs in Indonesia.
