D. as an External Examiner who is very competent in his field, besides that the composition of the examiners who attended were Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH.., M.Hum; Prof. Dr. I Putu Sudarma Sumadi, SH, SU; Prof. I Gusti Ngurah Parikesit Widiatedja, SH, M.Hum, LLM, PhD; Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, SH, M.Hum; Dr. Sagung Putri M.E. Purwani, SH.., MH; Dr. Made Gde Subha Karma Resen, SH, M.Kn; Nyoman Satyayudha Dananjaya, SH, M.Kn, Ph.D. The Final Examination of Phase I (Closed) is carried out for the evaluation of dissertations that have been declared feasible, carried out by a team of examiners consisting of the dean, promoter team, and dissertation assessment committee, and aims to determine the graduation of doctoral candidates with the Dissertation Title “Construction of Legal Protection Against Insurance Customers Experiencing Default by Insurers to Realize Legal Certainty and Justice”.
