Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – The Bali High Prosecutor, Dr. Chatarina Muliana G, S.H., S.E., M.H., served as an external examiner for the dissertation proposal of I Gusti Ayu Agung Ari Krisnawati, SH., MH, in the Doctoral Program in Law (PDIH) at FH Unud. The dissertation proposal titled "Reformulation of the Mechanism for Resolving Consumer Compensation Disputes in Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) in Indonesia" was examined before the Promoter Team (Prof. Dr. I Made Subawa, SH., MS, Prof. IGN Parikesit Widatedja, SH., M.Hum., LLM., Ph.D and Dr. Md Suksma PDS, SH., MH., LLM), External Examiners and 4 other Lecturers (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum, Prof. Dr. I Putu Sudarma Sumadi, SH., SU., Prof. Dr. Desak Putu Dewi Kasih, SH., M.Hum and Dr. I Made Dedy Priyanto, SH., M.Kn).
