Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - I Kadek Dony Hartawan, a Notary successfully defended his dissertation with the title “EXECUTION OF LIABILITY RIGHTS AS BANK CREDIT GUARANTEES IN THE FRAMEWORK OF JUSTICE AND PROTECTION OF PARTIES” at the Doctoral Promotion held on Wednesday (07/16/2025) at the FH Unud Hall, Denpasar Campus.
