Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Tuesday (23/01/2024) the Doctoral Promotion of the Law Science Doctoral Study Program (PDIH) FH UNUD was held on behalf of I Nyoman Suandika at the FH UNUD Hall, Denpasar Campus. His dissertation is entitled "The Nature of the Permanent Legal Force of the Constitutional Court Decision." The promotion was led by the Dean of Faculty of Law UNUD (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, S.H., M.Hum) and attended by family, relatives and friends of I Nyoman Suandika.

His dissertation raised 3 problem formulations, namely: (1) What is the rationale underlying the granting of the permanent legal force of the Constitutional Court's decision since it was pronounced in an open session for the public?; (2) Is it possible to conduct a review of the Constitutional Court's decision?; (3) Can the legislator (positive legislator) override the decision of the Constitutional Court?.
