Implementation of the RI Judicial Commission Cooperation: Online TOT for Code of Ethics and Advocacy Clinic Mentors

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - The implementation of the Code of Ethics and Advocacy Clinic in collaboration with the Judicial Commission began with an online Training of Trainers (TOT) on Wednesday (03/15/2023) through the zoom meeting platform. TOT was given to mentors from 9 Higher Education partners, namely: FH Brawijaya University, FH Mulawarman University, Indonesian Jentera College of Law, FH Hasanuddin University, FH Islamic University of Indonesia, FH UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, FH Andalas University, FH Sam Ratulangi University, FH Udayana University. From FH UNUD there are 6 mentors coordinated by the Head of the Bachelor of Law Science (S1) Study Program (Dr. Made Gde Subah Karma Resen, S.H., M.Kn) and the team, namely: Dr. Ni Nengah Adiyaryani, S.H., M.H, Cokorda Dalem Dahana, S.H., M.Kn, Dr. Made Suksma Prijandhini Devi Salain, S.H., M.H., LLM, Anak Agung Ngurah Oka Yudistira Darmadi, S.H., M.H, Made Cinthya Puspita Shara, S.H., M.H. along with education staff in the finance department of FH UNUD.

The TOT activity was opened directly by the Head of the Advocacy and Capacity Building Section of Judges (Lina Maryani, S.H., M.H) followed by a presentation of material by the Head of the Advocacy Subdivision of the Bureau of Recruitment, Advocacy and Capacity Building of Judges (Ilham Sanjaya, S.H.). The material provided is related to the 3 programs of the code of ethics and advocacy clinic, namely: Study, Laboratory, Practice and Community Service. Each stage consists of 4 topics. The Study stage consists of the Role of the Judicial Commission and the Independence of Judges, Basic Concepts of Professional Ethics, Perma No. 5 and 6 of 2020, the Concept of Degrading the Honor and Dignity of Judges (PMKH). The laboratory stage was given 4 topics on Simulation of Handling FMDH, Making FMDH Campaign Tools, Article Writing Training, Dissection of Court and Trial Security System Observation Forms.
