International Seminar “Economic and Socio-Cultural Development Based on Intellectual Property Rights”

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id -FH UNUD in collaboration with Intellectual Property Research Center, Japan Institute for Promoting Invention and Innovation (JIPII), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Faculty of Law, University of Mataram held an international seminar “Economic and Socio-Cultural Development Based on Intellectual Property Rights” on Wednesday (29/05/2024) at the FH UNUD Hall, Denpasar Campus in a hybrid manner. The organization of this seminar continued with the initiation of cooperation between FH UNUD and JIPII and JICA.

The seminar was opened directly by the Dean of FH UNUD (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, S.H., M.Hum) and attended by Koprodi, Dean, Head of Lab / Section in FH UNUD, Indonesian Intellectual Property Rights Law Teachers Association (APHKI), Regional Research and Innovation Agency (BRIDA) of Bali Province; BRIDA in 8 Regencies and Denpasar City, several Faculties of Law in Denpasar (Dwijendra University, Mahendradatta, Ngurah Rai, Undiknas, Warmadewa) as well as students of Master of Kenotariatan FH UNUD.

Prof. Dr. Insan Budi Maulana, S.H., LLM was present as the Keynote Speaker, followed by speakers from JIPII (Mr. Takao OGIYA), JICA (Mr. Hiroyuki OKA), Kemenkumham Bali (Made Yuda Yudistira, S.H.), FH Mataram University (Dr. H. Hayyan Ul Haq, S.H., LLM., Ph.D, Research Team of FH UNUD coordinated by Prof. Dr. N.K. Supasti Dharmawan, S.H., M.Hum., LLM, undergraduate students (Ni Kadek Ratih Maheswari), MKN students (I Gusti Ngurah Bagus Putra Prianatha, S.H., and NI Putu Kompyang Ratna Dewi, S.H.).
