International Seminar "Law Enforcement For Spatial Planning"

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - The Doctor of Law Study Program (PDIH) FH UNUD held an International Seminar "Law Enforcement For Spatial Planning" on Monday (12/02/2024) at Sthala a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Ubud-Bali. The seminar was opened directly by the Dean of FH UNUD and presented several speakers, namely: Dr. H. Nardisyah Hosen, LL.M., MA, Ph.D (Lecturer of School of Law Monash University), I Gusti Ngurah Parikesit Widiatedja, S.H., M.Hum, LL.M., Ph.D (Lecturer of International Law Lab/Section FH UNUD), students and alumni of FH UNUD (Ni Kadek Ayu Sri Undari, I Made Swandana Putra and Ni Putu Ayu Eka Pratiwi) moderated by I Made Budi Arsika, S.H., LLM (Lecturer of International Law Lab/Section FH UNUD).


The activity was carried out in a hybrid manner: online and offline with participants from the Public Works and Public Housing Office (PUPR) of Bali Province, Badung Regency, Gianyar and Denpasar City; Koprodi, Head of Lab / Section, Unit Coordinator within FH UNUD; undergraduate students, S2 MIH, S2 MKN, S3 DIH including foreign students. After the presentation of the material, the discussion took place interactively because spatial planning issues are real problems that occur in the Bali Region and there needs to be a solution so as to maintain the suitability of spatial designation as well as the sustainability of development that provides benefits for current and future generations and still maintains environmental balance.
