International Seminar "Strengthening the Rule of Law: Challenges and Prospects in Post-Jokowi Indonesia"

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - FH Unud held an International Seminar on Tuesday (25/06/2024) with the topic "Strengthening the Rule of Law: Challenges and Prospects in Post-Jokowi Indonesia" at Prama Sanur Beach. The seminar was opened directly by the Dean of FH Unud (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, S.H., M.Hum) who on this occasion represented the Rector of Unud (Prof. Ir. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana, M.T., Ph.D., IPU). 

The first session presented foreign speakers, lecturers at The University of Melbourne Law School, Australia (Prof. Tim Lindsey, B.A., LLB., B.Litt., Ph.D), lecturer of FH UGM (Andy Omara, S.H., M.Pub & Int.Law., Ph.D), 3 lecturers of Faculty of Law Unud (Dr. I Dewa Gede Palguna, SH., M.Hum., Nyoman Satyayudha Dananjaya, S.H., M.Kn., Ph.D, I Gusti Ngurah Parikesit Widiatedja, S.H., M.Hum., LLM., Ph.D) moderated by Dr. NGA Dyah Satyawati, S.H., M.Kn., LLM. Followed by the second session with presentations from FH unud research lecturers in parallel in 2 separate rooms.

The organization of this international seminar aims to initiate cooperation with The University of Melbourne Law School and as a forum for FH Unud research lecturers to publish their research results which are part of the performance of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
