Knowledge Sharing on Trial at ALSA Moot Court Courses 2024

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Part of the work program of the Asian Law Students' Association Local Chapter of Udayana University (ALSA LC UNUD) has been carried out, ALSA Moot Court Courses 2024. This work program aims to enable students, especially Faculty of Law students, to find out more about the judiciary and get used to judicial procedures.

This activity was held on Thursday (02/05/2024) in the Hall of FH UNUD and raised the theme of the discussion "Creating Young Jurists Who Care about Biodiversity Through the Settlement of Environmental Crimes". This activity was held in 2 talk show sessions. The first talk show session was attended by speakers from the Denpasar District Attorney's Office and Udayana University Academics, namely: Ni Putu Widyaningsih, S.H., M.H. and Ade Harriesta Martana, S.H., M.H. While the second talk show session was filled by Putu Ari Sagita, S.H., M.H. from KUPAS Law Office and discussed the procedures for criminal law and the experience of the National Moot Court Competition (NMCC).
