GIANYAR, FLUNUD.ac.id - The MBKM Bina Desa Bona Team collaborated with the LBH Lingkar Karma Independent Internship Team to hold a Legal Socialization on Saturday (11/05/2024) at Bona Village. This agrarian law socialization raised the theme "Optimizing the Utilization of Space Use through Structuring Access and Assets for Equitable Communities." This activity presented 3 speakers, namely: Dr. Made Gde Subha Karma Resen, S.H., M.Kn, Wehelmins Linda Herlophina Dethan, S.T, M.Ar, I Gde Edi Budiputra, SH, MH.

In the Talkshow session according to Dr. Made Gde Subha Karma Resen, S.H., M.Kn, "in Bali the previous land tenure was more dominant to the kingdom and customary villages, the rules that apply are still firm, until the UUPA was born into positive law in Indonesia. Do not let the land go unattended because there will be conflicts over land". Meanwhile, land registration is very important. It is needed as proof, but having a certificate is not absolute, if it can be proven otherwise.

I Gde Edi Budiputra, SH, MH also argued that "Regarding land registration when talking from physical control and PTSL starts from the village. In principle, the village plays an important role in land registration, because the PTSL process starts from the village which will later be submitted to the local BPN". He also added "The role of the village is important not only because of recognition, but also friction that will cause pros and cons, from the pros and cons will cause problems that need to be resolved by law, so it is important to have legal counselors, because the law is in the community.

Wehelmins Linda Herlophina Dethan, S.T, M.Ar also explained, "BPN is currently on a mission to form complete districts, namely Gianyar as a target is expected to be able to realize all land has been certified through the PTSL program. Land registration can also be done online through the Touch My Land application and will later be given an electronic certificate which is a new program to replace the old certificate in the form of a book". In addition, he also hopes that through structuring assets and access from Agrarian Reform, an equitable society will be created.
