Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – PDIH FH Unud held a Doctoral Promotion ceremony for Ni Made Rai Sukardi, who works as a lecturer at Mahendradatta University. Dr. Ni Made Rai Sukardi defended her dissertation titled “Legal Liability of Corporations in Maritime Accidents in Indonesian Waters” at the doctoral defense ceremony chaired by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Udayana (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, SH., M.Hum), accompanied by the Promotion Committee (Prof. Dr. I Wayan Parsa, SH., M.Hum, Dr. Ni Nengah Adiyaryani, SH., MH, Dr. Sagung Putri ME Purwani, SH., MH), an External Examiner from the Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University, and four other faculty examiners.
