Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id – On Sunday (September 21, 2025), the Non-Litigation Training: Mediation 2025 was held at the FH Unud Auditorium, Denpasar Campus, organized by the Udayana Moot Court Community (UMCC) FH Unud. The event, themed “Exploring Justice Beyond the Courtroom: Mediation in Modern Legal Practice,” aimed to provide a platform for sharing in-depth, comprehensive, and thorough information and knowledge about alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation, for students. 

The event was opened by the advisor of UMCC, Dr. A. A. Ngurah Oka Yudistira Darmadi, S.H., M.H., and featured two speakers. The academic speaker was Dr. Kadek Agus Sudiarawan, S.H., M.H., and the practitioner speaker was I Made Agastia Wija Prawira, S.H., M.H., C.Med. The event continued with a Focus Group Discussion addressing real-life dispute cases and a Legal Drafting Series activity where participants, consisting of FH Unud students, drafted agreement letters.
