Notification of Adjustment of Alumni Diploma Numbering

In connection with the problem of the diploma number issued by Udayana University for the Graduation period February 2021 to August 2023 which has not used the National Diploma Numbering (PIN) while according to Permenristek Dikti Number 59 of 2018 and strengthened by the Ministry of Education and Culture Circular Letter Number 7 of 2020 which requires the issuance of diplomas in that period to use a PIN, Udayana University conducted a diploma adjustment process and the results were determined by the Chancellor's Decree Number: M.1073 /UN14/HK/2024 dated July 29, 2024 and 1519/UN14/HK/2024 dated August 30, 2024 regarding Adjustment of Udayana University Alumni Diplomas Using National Diploma Numbering. With regard to the foregoing, we hereby submit the rector's decree regarding the adjustment of diplomas for alumni and can be used to strengthen the diplomas that have been received by these alumni.
