Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Congratulations and success to Nyoman Mas Aryani (Lab Lecturer / Constitutional Law Section FH Unud) for obtaining her doctorate at the doctoral promotion session held on Friday (28/06/2024) at the FH Unud Hall, Denpasar Campus, which was chaired by Koprodi Doctor of Law Science FH Unud (Prof. Dr. I Putu Sudarma Sumadi, SH., SU).

Nyoman Mas Aryani successfully defended her dissertation entitled "Regulating Sustainable Tourism Villages Through Regional Legal Product Instruments" in front of the Promoter Team (Prof. Dr. I Gede Yusa, Sh., MH., Dr. Ni Luh Gede Astariyani, SH., MH., Dr. A.A. gede Duwira Hadi Santosa, SH., M.Hum) and 4 other examining lecturers. The dissertation written by Nyoman Mas Aryani discussed 3 problem formulations: (1) What is the nature of the regulation of sustainable tourism villages; (2) How is the regulation related to the form of legal products in establishing tourism villages in Bali; (3) How is the regulation of sustainable tourism villages through the instrument of regional legal products.
