Signing and Implementation of Cooperation with School of Law, Walailak University

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - FH Unud adds to its international cooperation partners with the School of Law, Walailak University, Thailand with the signing of a cooperation on Friday (23/05/2025) at the FH Unud Hall, Denpasar Campus. This activity was attended by the Dean of FH Unud who on this occasion was represented by the Vice Dean I and Vice Dean II of FH Unud and the School of Law, Walalilak University team represented by the Assistant Dean for Foreign Affairs (Ajarn Kanokphol Nikompest, LLM), Assistant Dean for Student Academic Development (Ajarn Nodtapol Buangern, Esq., LLM), Head of Law Program (Ajarn Yosita Saikhwan, Esq., LLM) and Head of Research Institution (Assistant Professor Siwarut Laikram).

After the signing, the cooperation was implemented in the form of an Academic Seminar with the topic “Comparative Criminal Law Between Thailand and Indonesia in Theft and Embezzlement Offenses” which presented 4 speakers, namely: Ajarn Kanokphol Nikompest, LLM, Dr. IB Surya Dharma Jaya, SH, MH & IGA Dike Wihiyaastuti, SH, MH (Lab Lecturer / Criminal Law Section FH Unud), Delvino Lolianto (Student of S1 Law Study Program FH Unud).

In the future, there will be more Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi activities that will be carried out between the two parties, such as research collaborations, exchange lecturers, exchange students, scholarships, internships and community services. Hopefully this collaboration can provide benefits for the academic community of FH Unud and add elements of internationalization from both parties.
