Signing of Cooperation Agreement between FH Unud and Badung District Attorney's Office

Badung, FLUNUD.ac.id – On Wednesday (July 2, 2025), the Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Udayana (FH Unud), Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Head of the Badung District Prosecutor's Office (Sutrisno Margi Utomo, SH., MH). 

The signing took place at the Badung District Prosecutor's Office, attended by the Third Vice Chairman of the Badung Regional Parliament (Drs. Made Sunarta, M.M., M.Si.), the Head of Enforcement at the Badung Regional Police (Nyoman Hadi Suharyana), the Head of the Badung District Narcotics Eradication Team (I Putu Ngurah Sidarta Wijaya, SS), the Head of the Ngurah Rai Customs and Excise Service Supervision Office (R. Fadjar Donny Tjahjadi), the Head of the Kerobokan Class II A Women's Correctional Institution (Ni Luh Putu Andiyani), Commander of the 1611 Badung Military District represented by the Commander of the Mengwi Military Sub-District (Ketut Darmawan), Head of the Class II A Kerobokan Correctional Institution (Hudi Ismono), Chairman of the Denpasar District Court represented by Wayan Suarta, Head of the Badung Regency Health Office (I Made Suadera), Chief of the Badung Police (AKBP. M Arif Batubara, SH., SIK., MH., M.Tr.Opsla) and Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance (Nyoman Satyayudha Dananjaya, SH.,M.Kn.,Ph.D) who also attended the main agenda of the Badung District Attorney in the destruction of evidence from criminal cases. 

This collaboration aims to implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, including fulfilling the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of State Universities. Both parties hope that this collaboration can be carried out effectively and produce outcomes that are beneficial for education, research, and community service, as well as contribute positively to the enforcement of the law.
