Street Law Contract Drafting Legal Clinic at Bhakti Senang Hati Foundation

Gianyar-Malang, FLUNUD.ac.id – The Contract Design Legal Clinic Team of FH Unud conducted a Street Law Socialization activity titled “Contract Design Techniques” and a social service activity for the extended family of people with disabilities at the Bhakti Senang Hati Foundation in Gianyar on Saturday (June 14, 2025). The foundation was chosen as the venue for the outreach program because it actively collaborates with various parties, operates a tourism business, and sells its artistic works, including paintings and handicrafts, thereby requiring knowledge of contract drafting techniques to ensure legal certainty in their legal relationships.

The participants in this activity were individuals with disabilities affiliated with the Bhakti Senang Hati Foundation. Despite their physical limitations, the participants have developed typing skills and are highly enthusiastic about learning the basics of contract drafting. This is expected to support their independence, particularly in terms of the legal aspects of their business or social activities.

This activity is a form of active collaboration between students and faculty members involved in the Contract Drafting Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University. The faculty members present included: Dr. Made Suksma Prijandhini Devi Salain, SH., MH., LLM., Dr. I Made Budi Arsika, SH., LLM., Dr. Anak Agung Gede Duwira Hadi Santosa, SH., M.Hum., and Dr. Ni Gusti Ayu Dyah Satyawati, SH., M.Kn., LLM. In addition to presenting the socialization materials, the Contract Design Legal Clinic Team also distributed social assistance in the form of food packages, bathroom supplies, and cash to support the operational activities of the Bhakti Senang Hati Foundation.
