Strengthen the Understanding of PMKH: KEA Unud Organizes Moot Court Simulation with PMKH Dimensions with Practitioners

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Moot Court simulation activities with the dimensions of Degrading the Honor and dignity of Judges (PMKH) have been carried out by students participating in the Ethics and Advocacy Clinic (KEA) FH Unud Year 2024. The series of simulation activities began with the recording of a moot court session on corruption with the dimensions of PMKH which was held on Wednesday (09/07/2024), and continued with the video screening of the trial along with the provision of strengthening input by several resource persons from practitioners which was held on Friday (11/07/2024). Both activities took place in the Moot Court Room of FH Unud Denpasar.

Several practitioners were present as resource persons in this activity, Dr. I Nyoman Dipa Rudiana, SE, SH, MH (Judge of the Gianyar District Court), I Made Aryana Putra Atmaja, S.H., M.H (Coordinator of the Bali Regional Judicial Commission Liaison) and Agung Susanto, S.H., M.H (Assistant Liaison of the Bali Regional Judicial Commission). The series of simulation activities were also attended and accompanied by the KEA FH Unud 2024 mentor team, namely: lecturers at the Lab / Procedural Law section of FH Unud.
