Strengthening the Capacity of MSMEs and Awareness of Intellectual Property Rights as Pillars of Sustainable Legal Development in Lodtunduh Village

The Business Identification Number and Trademark Talk Show was successfully held on April 22, 2026, in the Bale Paruman Adhyaksa Room at the Lodtunduh Village Office.

The event featured speakers from the Faculty of Law at Udayana University, namely Dr. I Dewa Ayu Dwi Mayasari, S.H., M.H., and a Junior Policy Analyst at the Gianyar Regency Regional Research and Innovation Agency, Mr. I Nyoman Mudita, ST., M.A.P.

This talk show is an effort to enhance public understanding and awareness, particularly among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), regarding the importance of business legality and protection. The program focuses on two main aspects: business legality through the acquisition of a Business Identification Number (NIB) and the protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), specifically trademarks.

Through the Business Identification Number (NIB) and Trademark Talk Show, it is hoped that MSME operators will not only understand the importance of business legality and trademark protection but will also be encouraged to immediately obtain an NIB and register their business trademarks as a form of valid legal status and legal protection, thereby enhancing their competitiveness and ensuring the sustainability of their businesses in the future.
