UMCC FH UNUD Holds Closing Ceremony Internal Constitutional Moot Court Competition 2022

Denpasar, July 3, 2022 Udayana Moot Court Community (UMCC) has held Closing Ceremony Internal Constitutional Moot Court Competition (ICMCC) 2022. ICMCC is an internal constitutional moot court competition held for the first time by UMCC for FH Unud students. The purpose of implementing ICMCC 2022 is to produce superior jurisprudence in the field of constitutional law who are ready to represent Udayana in competitions at the National Level. ICMCC activities are coupled with Webinar activities, Delegation Process, Trial Competition, and Closing. In this ICMCC activity, the first place was won by the Delegation of Presumtio Iusta Causa, the second place was won by the Delegation of Erga Omnes, and the third place was won by the Delegation of Dominus Litis. The best roles were: the Petitioner's Legal Counsel, Information Giver for the Government of the Republic of Indonesia-DPR RI, Expert, and the best file was won by the Delegation of Presumtio Iusta Causa.
