Author: Batuan Village Development Team, Faculty of Law, Udayana University
The Batuan Village Development Team from the Faculty of Law at Udayana University served as volunteers at an awareness campaign organized by LSPR Bali on Thursday, April 30, 2026. The awareness campaign was held at TPS3R Puspa Aman and featured two speakers: Licky Chandra, ICAP-1, and Ni Komang Winda Ratnasari, M.Psi. This event was the second in a series of three awareness campaigns organized by LSPR Bali. In this second session, the participants were the students’ parents. The reason for inviting parents—rather than just the students—was to help parents understand the importance of recognizing their children’s emotions. Additionally, parents were given tips and strategies for providing appropriate responses to their children’s behavior to avoid hurting their feelings.
The outreach session began with a presentation on the differences between thoughts and feelings by the speaker, followed by a sharing session among the parents. During the sharing session, parents exchanged memories from their own childhoods and compared them to the present. The session wasn’t just about the material; it also included games to lighten the mood.
