Denpasar, November 9 2022, the Webinar Mediation Smart Class was held on November 6 2022 by Udayana Moot Court Community (UMCC) FH UNUD through the Zoom Meeting platform. This activity was attended by 100 participants. The purpose of this webinar is to educate participants about Mediation, in terms of theory, procedures, and processes in mediating. There were 2 (two) resource persons in this workshop: Nyoman Satyayudha Dananjaya, SH, M.Kn., Ph.D. (Lecturer of FHY UNUD) with general Mediation material, Explanation of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Raymond Lee, Bsc Eng. (Mediator and Facilitator of the National Mediation Center (PMN) with material Explanation regarding the profession, code of ethics, and requirements to become a mediator as well as procedures, stages , and technical in Mediation (UMCC FH UNUD Team)
