Academics and Students of the Faculty of Law UNUD as a Team for Drafting Guidelines for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in the UNUD Environment

A Public Test of the draft Guidelines for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (PPKS) in the Unud Environment was carried out on Friday, July 22, 2022 in the Nusantara Room, Agrocomplex Building, Unud Sudirman Campus. These guidelines are very necessary so that Unud can implement the Regulation of the Indonesian Minister of Education and Technology No. 30 of 2021 concerning the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in Higher Education and the Unud Chancellor's Regulation Number 12 of 2021 concerning the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence. The scope of the PPKS Guidelines applies to students, lecturers, education staff, campus residents and the general public related to the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education. The PPKS Guidelines Preparation Team was chaired by the temporary Head of the Unud PPKS Task Force, I Gusti Agung Ayu Dike Widhiyaastuti, SH., MH (lecturer of the Faculty of Law Unud) consisting of several lecturers from the Faculty of Law (FH) and the Faculty of Medicine (FK) Unud, the Rectorate of Unud and Unud Faculty of Law students.
