Advanced Study Phase of Ethics and Advocacy Clinic: Participants are introduced to the Concept of PMKH, the Code of Ethics of Judges, as well as the Rules of Order and Security System in Court

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - On June 25-26, 2024, the advanced study phase of the Ethics and Advocacy Clinic was held in collaboration between the Judicial Commission of the Republic of Indonesia (KYRI) and FH Unud. The implementation of the advanced study class stage of the Ethics and Advocacy Clinic adapts to the material structure in the 2024 Ethics and Advocacy Clinic Module designed by KYRI.
As for some of the material in the implementation of the advanced class of the Ethics and Advocacy Clinic, it was delivered by several mentors from the Lab / Procedure Law Section which included material related to the Introduction to the Concept of Degrading the Honor and Dignity of Judges (PMKH) by Kadek Agus Sudiarawan, S.H., M.H and the delivery of material related to the Code of Ethics and Professional Guidelines for Judges by Dr. I Dewa Gede Dana Sugama, S.H., M.H and on the next day material related to Court Order and Court Security System in Perma 5 and 6 of 2020 was delivered by Dr. Ni Nengah Adiyaryani, S.H., M.H and I Gusti Ayu Stefani Ratna Maharani, S.H., M.H. The Ethics and Advocacy Clinic study stage activities were held for 3 (three) days which will then be continued with the Laboratory stage in the form of a Court and Trial Security System Observation Form, Scientific Article Writing Training and the implementation of a PMKH dimensioned moot court.
