ALSA Moot Court Courses 2025 “Forming Young Anti-Drug Jurists through the Resolution of Narcotics Crimes”

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Law Development Division ALSA LC Unud again carried out the ALSA Moot Court Courses 2025 work program with the theme “Forming Young Anti-Drug Jurists Through the Resolution of Narcotics Crimes” on Sunday (04/05/2025). This activity aims to provide training and assistance to FH Unud students to understand the basics of criminal procedure according to the Criminal Procedure Code, improve the ability to analyze criminal cases, especially narcotics crimes, and as a form of regeneration of prospective delegates to the National Level Moot Court Competition.
The ALSA Moot Court Courses 2025 activity began with a Talkshow with AKBP I Gusti Agung Alit Adnyana, S.S., S.H., M.H. (Head of the Badung Regency National Narcotics Agency) followed by a Small Group Discussion (SGD) where the session was guided by four facilitators, namely Putu Ari Sagita, S.H., M.H., Made Wahyu Artha Sedana, S.H., Made Yussyta Wulandani, S.H., and Juan Daud Putra Siahaan who are alumni of FH Unud and have experience in the National Moot Court Competition.
Through this series of activities, it is hoped that the participants will not only be able to deepen their understanding of criminal procedure law and narcotics crimes, but also be trained in analyzing cases in depth and accurately. With the material obtained and the experience of discussion with experienced facilitators, participants are expected to be able to hone critical thinking skills, legal argumentation, and legal skills which are a strategic step in preparing prospective delegates for the National Moot Court Competition, as well as forming young jurists with integrity, anti-drug insight, and ready to contribute to law enforcement in Indonesia.
