Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - On Friday (29/11/2024), at FH Unud Denpasar Campus, Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, S.H., M.Hum (Dean of FH Unud) accompanied by Dr. Jimmy Z. Usfunan, S.H., M.H. and Dr. I Made Walesa Putra, S.H., M.Kn, received an audience to strengthen the material for the preparation of the President's statement on the People's Welfare Material Testing of Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning the State Civil Apparatus against the 1945 Constitution from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Directorate General of Legislation. Those present from the Directorate General of Laws and Regulations: Rudy Hendra Pakpahan, S.H., M.Hum (Director of Legislation Litigation) who was accompanied by Erni Haris, S.H., M.H.; R. Tony Prayogo, S.H., M.H.; Henri Unesdo, S.H.; Lasmaida Tio Evalina Panjaitan, S.Sos.; Yudha Wijaksana Pranamukti, S.H., M.Hum.; Muhammad Fuad Muin, S.E., M.M.; Fhauzanul Ikhwan, S.H.; Aniko Juanda, S.H., and representatives of the Bali Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
