Legal Awareness and Village Development Program for the Traditional Village of Rendang, Karangasem, 2025

Karangasem, FLUNUD.ac.id – The Organizing Committee for Legal Awareness and Model Village Development (SOSUM DESBIN) of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Law, University of Udayana, has held the opening ceremony of the Legal Awareness and Model Village Development program on Sunday (May 25, 2025) at Br. Pringalot, Rendang Traditional Village, Rendang Sub-district, Karangasem Regency. The theme of the event is “Abhinaya Ananta Bhakti,” where “Abhinaya” means spirit, ‘Ananta’ means endless, and “Bhakti” means devotion. Thus, “Abhinaya Ananta Bhakti” signifies “Endless Devotion,” which the SOSUM DESBIN 2025 organizing committee aims to instill in the village of Rendang, Karangasem.
The opening ceremony of SOSUM BINDES 2025 was officially inaugurated by the Regent of Karangasem, represented by the Head of the Agency for National Unity and Politics. The Opening Ceremony of the 2025 Legal Awareness and Model Village Program was also attended by the Deputy Dean III and the Head of the S1 Law Program at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, the Karangasem Regency Legislative Council, the Rendang Sub-district Head represented by the Acting Secretary of the Sub-district, the Village Head of Rendang, the Traditional Village Head of Rendang, the Traditional Village Head of Padukuhan, all traditional and administrative village heads of Rendang, the Village Defense Officer of Rendang Village, the Village Security Officer of Rendang Village, the Chairman of the Youth Association of Rendang Village, the Advisory Council of the Student Association of the Faculty of Law, University of Udayana, the Executive Board of the Student Council of the Faculty of Law, University of Udayana, the Executive Board of the Student Parliament of the Faculty of Law, University of Udayana, and all members of the organizing committee.
