BEM FH UNUD Organizes Legal Socialization and Assisted Villages 2024 in Pelaga Village

Badung, FLUNUD.ac.id - The Student Executive Board (BEM) FH UNUD held the Opening of Legal Socialization and Assisted Villages 2024 on Sunday (16/06/2024) at the Pelaga Village Multipurpose Building, Petang District, Badung Regency. Participants in the activity are people who have businesses and arts as the target of the Business Identification Number (NIB) and Intellectual Property (IP). The opening activity was attended by Kelian Adat, Kelian Dinas, Bendesa Desa Pelaga, Pelaga Village Apparatus, Vice Dean III FH UNUD, and Petang Sub-District Head who also opened the event with a symbolic sticking of kayon.

The opening of the Socialization of Law and Assisted Villages 2024 was packaged in the form of a talk show by presenting Ir. I Wayan Sukarsa, M.M.A (Regional Research and Innovation Agency of Badung Regency) and I Made Delon Mahayana, S.H., M.H (Ministry of Law and Human Rights Bali Regional Office) as speakers on the topic of IP. Furthermore, Drs. I Wayan Pagonarianto, M.Si (Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Badung Regency) were also present as resource persons on the topic of NIB.

Ni Putu Sintya Dewi as the Chairperson of the Legal Socialization and Assisted Villages 2024 in her speech stated "Legal Socialization and Assisted Villages are annual routine activities of the Community Service Division of FH UNUD as a form of implementing one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely: Community Service. The opening of Legal Socialization and Assisted Villages is the first series of activities presented in the form of socialization on 2 main issues found in Pelaga Village: the system of recording and resolving IP disputes, and the NIB registration system for micro and small businesses.
