BPIP Visit to FH UNUD: The Value of Pancasila in the Formation of Ranperda Gianyar Regency on Industrial Development Plan

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - The team of the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP) of the Republic of Indonesia visited FH UNUD on Tuesday (27/07/2023) to conduct a discussion on "Internalization and Institutionalization of Pancasila Values in the Formation of the Draft Regional Regulation of Gianyar Regency Regarding the Industrial Development Plan of Gianyar Regency." The visit of the BPIP Team was received directly by the Dean of FH UNUD (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, S.H., M.Hum).

The BPIP team represented by Yunita Imelda, S.H., M.H (Associate Expert Legislation Designer) delivered the Ranperda material proposed by the Regional Government of Gianyar Regency regarding the Industrial Development Plan. Every legislation in Indonesia must contain the values of Pancasila. BPIP issued Regulation No. 4 Year 2022 on Pancasila Value Indicators. Pancasila Value Indicators are the embodiment of the values and actualization contained in Pancasila as the source of all sources of State law.
