Collaboration of MBKM Bina Desa Bona Team and LBH Cakra Eka Sudarsana Organizes Paralegal Training to Realize Legal Effectiveness

Gianyar, FLUNUD.ac.id - The MBKM Bina Desa Bona team collaborated with the Legal Aid Institute, Cakra Eka Sudarsana to organize Paralegal Training which took place at Wantilan Pura Dalem Desa Bona 3 times (31 May, & June and 18 June 2024).

This work program is an effort to make it easier for people to get protection in law. Fulfilling access to legal objectives (certainty, usefulness, and justice), one of which is through optimizing the formation of Paralegals at the village level as a legal aid unit in the village environment. Later, after the training and the presentation of 9 materials by BPHN, LBH CES and the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Bali Region, the final stage will be carried out actualization and exams, before being assessed and declared capable of carrying out a responsibility as a paralegal. 

This activity is a contribution and direct implementation of one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely: Service. Dr. Made Gde Subha Karma Resen, SH, M.Kn as Koprodi S1 Ilmu Hukum who is also the pioneer of Bina Desa at FH UNUD said "that through village development students are expected to be able to take a community-centered approach in launching an activity aimed at developing villages and communities (community development). Students can help identify problems, formulate solutions together with the community, and involve them actively in every stage. The identification of problems must really be able to find and map the needs of the community and not just the wishes of the community."
